Complete name in which title is now being held.

Corporation - Copy of Articles of Incorporation and Corporate Resolution.

Trust - Need signed copy of Trust Agreements and any amendments or modifications.
LOANS/LIENS TO BE PAID OFF OR RE-CONVEYED

Name of lender, loan number, and address. (Loan coupon if available)

If payoff is a private lien holder, name and address will be required along with all original documents, i.e. Note, Deed of Trust, and signed request for reconveyance.
